Pet wooden food bowl stand made from natural Koyamaki (Japanese umbrella pine) logs. For cats and small dogs.
Features a beautiful, shimmering white wood grain.
Each item is unique. As we use natural logs, the shape of each piece varies slightly.
Some may have knots, while others may not.
While every Koyamaki log is beautiful, we sincerely apologize that we cannot accommodate specific requests for individual items.
We will fulfill orders as long as stock permits.
This is an original log food bowl stand.
Each base is carefully handmade, so the wood grain varies for every single one.
It has the scent of natural Koyamaki wood(^^)
We also have other feeding stands and water bowls listed!
The wooden bowl stand has an elegant feel and a design that is easy to coordinate with your interior.
The height of the log feeding stand helps prevent vomiting in dogs and cats that tend to eat too quickly.
☆What is Koyamaki?☆
It is said that it is named "Koyamaki" (Mt. Koya Pine) because it grows abundantly on Mt. Koya in Wakayama Prefecture, the headquarters of the Shingon sect of Buddhism.
These are logs of that very Koyamaki! They have a lovely scent (^^)
Additionally, Koyamaki is water-resistant and durable, which is why it is used for traditional Japanese "cormorant fishing" boats.
