The Mini Meringue is a shrunken-down version of our best-selling "Meringue Bed," crafted with the exact same fabric and construction techniques.

【Born from a desire to reduce waste.】

In fact, we hadn't originally intended to create the Mini Meringue as a retail product.

To achieve the Meringue Bed's unique rounded, three-dimensional shape, the fabric must be cut into complex patterns.

Because of this, we inevitably ended up with a significant amount of fabric scraps every time we produced them.

It felt like a waste to discard fabric that was still perfectly clean and usable.

That’s when our sewing artisan, @emys.sustainable—who creates all of Felesto's fabric goods—stepped in to breathe new life into those scraps by crafting these tiny meringues.

She is a skilled professional who also produces items like umbrella bags for department stores, and she consistently prioritizes sustainable, earth-friendly manufacturing.

This aligns perfectly with what Felesto values most:

From scraps that were destined for the trash, a brand new product was born.

【Small, but full of possibilities.】

The Mini Meringue is not a bed for cats or dogs to crawl inside.

However, its small size opens up a world of fun, unique uses.

● For cats: A "kicking toy"

By filling it with materials like catnip, it becomes a toy for your cat to hug and kick.

Watching them embrace and bunny-kick the plush meringue is sure to be an adorable sight.

● For dogs: A "snuffle toy"

It’s also perfect for hiding treats inside, encouraging your dog to use their nose to find them.

Nose work is a game where dogs use their sense of smell to search for treats.

As they use their noses to figure out "where could it be?", it provides mental stimulation and engages their sense of smell, even indoors.

It’s a great way to play inside on rainy days or when you haven't been able to go for a full walk.

Despite its small size, the Mini Meringue has a surprising amount of depth.

Start by hiding treats near the opening so they are easy to find.
